Add chicken and sausage; cook until browned. Remove from skillet. Step 2: Add potatoes, onions and fennel to same skillet. Cook on medium-high heat 10 min. or until vegetables are tender and starting to brown, stirring occasionally. Stir in vinegar and peppers; cook 1 min. Stir in sauce. Bring to boil on high heat.
